XanGo - The Health Juice

Xango is a juice that has many health benefits.

Research indicates that naturally occurring xanthones may help:

maintain intestinal health*
support the immune system*
neutralize free radicals*
help support cartilage and joint function*
and promote a healthy seasonal respiratory system*

Our grandson (our greatest proof of the XanGo benefits) and his mother lived with us during his 2nd year of life. Previous to living with us he had a history or ear aches, fevers and colds. During their one year stay with us he did not have any colds, ear aches or coughs. He took an ounce with his orange juice every morning. They were with us for a year and then moved out. We keep them stocked up, so he can take it everyday.

His pediatrician has acknowledged the many benefits of this product and is aware of him patients that consume this wonderful this juice. He highly recommends it. With all the information about overdosing and mixing we feel this is a safer method for prevention and expediting recovery, especially for the young.

We take it for acid reflux (an ounce brings immediate relief), mood, energy, small aches and pains and as a preventative. When we have been around sickies we double dose. We have been on it so long we forget how beneficial it is for us individually. We remember fast if we go a few days without it!

Vitamin D and Calcium for Your Bones

Most women should take calcium supplements. Did you know if you don't take get enough vitamin D3 the calcium you take does not get absorbed. Vitamin D3 is the driver of absorption. Vitamin D3 also boosts mood and energy. So remember to take both! Also, calcium works best if take at night.

Constipation - A Pain in the "You-Know-What"

Keeping things moving…ALL things

Did you know magnesium keeps your bowels moving? I just found this out! For 47 years of going 2 – 3 if lucky times a week was considered my norm…Well, it is not good to let that stuff sit in there for days, just think about that…I have added a couple of magnesium to my day and now I go everyday!!!! Actually I take 1250 units of magnesium and I eat one apple in the morning, drink hot fresh squeezed lemon water and eat another apple after lunch to keep things moving...this is really not right!  I work out 2 times a week and drink lots of water eat lots of salads and fruit - red meat once a week, try to avoid sugar.  But to me this is really extreme just to have one good BM a day ..sometimes I go two times in the same day - bonus!!!

Part of it is stress and work related. We get up and rush to work and never let our systems take the time to warm up and get our innards moving properly for the day ahead of us. Women, I believe tend to hold all their stress and tension in their bowel area. Some people have difficulties in using public restrooms. This causes an upset in the already delicate system.

THE SEX TALK

When my daughter was in the 7th grade, she was 13, we had the "talk". Of course she already knew, but I talked anyway. At the time she was in basketball and I went with that theme, thinking she would relate to my comparison. NOT!

Sex to young females (usually), is all about being liked, popular and loved. Sex to young men (usually) is like a sport. They come and play on your court - then leave and play on another court. Some may shower before and some may not. And always remember protection because every good player dribbles before he shoots.

Did she understand and retain the advise I gave her? RIGHT! My talk was good for 6 years, then it expired. My grandson was born when my daughter was 19 and he is a genius, which all grand-babies are (it's a phenomenon). That's another story.
