How to Live Out Your Fantasies

I have entertained fantasies about being a singer, dancer, movie star, writer, editor, videographer, etc.

I have found small ways, but effect ways to live out some of them.

When I do Zumba (exercise dance) I am dancing like Paula Abdul! When I am in my truck with the radio blarring I am Faith Hill. When I am videoing my honey race at motocross and am a producer, editor and creator. When I write articles I am writing for Good HouseKeeping. When I am making "How-To" videos I am an actress. When I do yoga I am stretching to a height of 5' 6" (I am 5' 1" on a good day)!

There are ways to live out your dreams. And happiness is an important part of keeping healthy. Anything is possible! Go for it! Don't be afraid of being happy.
